To create a platform for a talent management consultancy that would allow clients to get clear visibility on their organization. The platform would provide greater insights into leadership potential, diversity & inclusion & team dynamics.

  • Delivery of a design system that enables expansion of the platform.

  • Data visualisation design that covers a myriad of unique use cases.

  • Creation & usability testing of a complex AAA accessibility compliant psychometric evaluation platform.
