Hi, I'm Dylan, a Lead Digital Product Designer with over 9 years of experience in consultancies and agencies. Having worked with a wide range of clients across the finance, health, retail, tourism & energy industries, I consider myself very industry-agnostic. I relish new challenges, working with stakeholders to dive into the problem at hand & collaboratively creating well-crafted solutions.

Kaluza: Managing a design system in the age of AI

As Lead Designer on Kaluza’s Enterprise Experience team, I worked on making the in house design system 'Nebula' easier to use, contribute to and test against. Over ten months, I took design system checks from a manual spreadsheet exercise to a repeatable Claude skill, while working with engineers to build accessibility fixes into the components themselves.

Following the backlash to Jaguar’s new identity and electric concept car, I was tasked with developing an 'About Jaguar' page concept that reconnected the brand’s future vision with its heritage. My approach reframed ‘Copy nothing’ as a continuation of Jaguar’s founding spirit, rather than a break from its past.
